Our mold-making department uses the latest CAD/CAM software, including Mastercam, to deliver the highest quality molds.
Our advanced software and CNC equipment allow us to produce even the most complex parts from a 3D model. Our plastic injection molds are often constructed of hardened tool steel for the highest wear resistance and longevity. We also produce pre-hardened steel and aluminum molds for lower volume runs.
No matter the material we can guarantee the quality of the final product is not sacrificed when the molds are built using our in-house tool room.

Our molding services don’t stop at mold making and tooling. Moldtronics is a full-service “art to part” contract manufacturer. We can assist you with, DFM (design for manufacturing), prototypes, mold design, mold construction, finished parts, sub-assemblies, and assembly of your final product.
