The mold maker will be responsible for making repairs or adjustments to existing molds and using precision tools and blueprints to create new molds. A successful mold maker should have the physical stamina to spend long hours on their feet and perform repetitive tasks. A top-notch mold maker will have strong CAD/CAM skills, as well as knowledge of computer numerically controlled machine tools.
Mold Maker Responsibilities:
- Build molds and their components (Design experience is a plus)
- Build fixtures/parts per customer requirement.
- Machine parts per models or prints.
- Program and set-up CNC machines for production.
- Train operators to run production machining.
- Operate CNC machines, mills, lathes, saws, drill press, grinders, EDM machines, and CAD/CAM software.
- 2D & 3D programming of CNC machines (Mastercam).
- Measurement verification on critical part features.
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs to plastic injection molds.
- Ability to complete jobs quickly and efficiently with minimal errors.
- Modify and repair molds and fixtures where accuracy requires maintenance of extremely close tolerances.

Mold Maker Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; TMA certificate preferred.
- 5+ years of experience including extensive knowledge of mold function, building and repair in a plastic injection environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing blueprints and specifications to establish correct inspection criteria following best practices. Develop, maintain, and generate CMM programs used to inspect and verify production materials and components.

CMM Programmer Responsibilities:
- This role will report to the Director of Quality and Engineering.
- Support operation metrics for Pp and PpK.

- Inspection of close tolerance parts in a manufacturing environment, developing programs from blueprints, 3D models and operation sheets.

CMM Programmer Qualifications:
- 3+ years of CMM programming experience using PC-DMIS software.

CNC Machinist
CNC Machinist

What will you do?
- Build molds and their components (Design experience is a plus!).
- Build fixtures/parts per customer requirement.
- Machine parts per models or prints.
- Program and set-up CNC machines for production.
- Train operators to run production machining.
- Set-up secondary or post molding machining operations for production.
- Operate CNC machines, mills, lathes, saws, drill press, grinders, EDM machines, and Cad/Cam software.
- 2D & 3D Programming of CNC machines (Mastercam).
- Measurement verification on critical part features.
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs to plastic injection molds.
- Ability to complete jobs quickly and efficiently with minimal errors.
- Modify and repair molds and fixtures where accuracy requires maintenance of extremely close tolerances.
- Maintain safe work area in neat and orderly manner.
What are we looking for?
- Ability to perform multiple functions including EDM, Turning, Milling, Grinding, etc.
- Previous experience working with CAD, specifically Mastercam, is a plus.
- Must be able to regularly stand and sit throughout the shift with regular walking, bending, stooping, twisting, and lifting of up to 30Lbs.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass background check.

Injection Molding Technician Responsibilities:
- Set-up injection molds and the auxiliary equipment
- Process all types of resins including many engineering grade resins
- Set up and process for production thermoplastic, thermo-set, & compression molds
- Hang & set up molds
- Troubleshoot molding processes, cycles, and equipment
- Handling and signing out material
- Fill hoppers / dryers
- Separate runners
- Accurately complete necessary paperwork
- Work closely with the team (operators, quality department, and management)
- Keep molding machines / equipment / area clean and organized
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Maintain safe work area in neat and orderly manner
Requirements:
