Company History
Established in 1955 as sole-source "in-house" molder, by a  major company in the switch industry Moldtronics was a pioneer in thermoset and insert molding technologies.  In 1974 Moldtronics was spun-off in to a stand alone company serving several electrical component manufactures in the defense and aerospace industries.

In 1995 Moldtronics was purchased by former Director of Research and Development Henry J. Schmidt.
